Energy21 – Service Continuity Plan

Energy21 – Service Continuity Plan

We all have committed ourselves to slow down the spread of Covid-19. Working arrangements are adjusted to keep our team and our clients safe and sound. At the same time we are committed to support your business and therefore would like to inform you with a summary of our most important corporate measures. This policy will apply until 6 April 2020 until further notice (as aligned with the Duch RIVM directions):

  • All our employees are asked to follow the health guidelines provided by the Dutch RIVM
  • All our employees work remotely until 6 April – Our colleagues are fully equipped to work remotely, avoiding any physical contact
  • Our office will be closed for both employees and visitors until 6 April
  • All travel arrangements are on-hold

We continue to monitor and evaluate the situation to ensure that we are taking appropriate actions. Please note, our primary responsible Board Member for issues in this situation is Eugene Baijings (CFO and security officer) but you can also reach out to Michiel Kuiper (CCO) or Frank de Jong (COO).

You can reach us via your regular contact, our client teams, via telephone: +31(0)30 670 6660 or via e-mail:

If there is anything you need from us or if there are additional ways we can support you, please let us know. And most importantly, we wish good health for you, your families, and your communities.

Best wishes,
Team Energy21
